Sales Representative, Northwest - Barton Perreira

Born from the will of LVMH Group, world leader in luxury, to establish itself in the eyewear sector, Thélios designs, produces and distributes sunglasses and optical frames for some of its most prestigious Maisons: Dior, Fendi, Celine, Givenchy, Loewe, Stella McCartney, Kenzo, Berluti, Bulgari, Tag Heuer and Fred! In addition, Thélios owns two proprietary brands, Barton Perreira and Vuarnet.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE, NORTHWEST

We are looking for a Sales Representative for Barton Perreira who will achieve sales targets in the assigned region by developing client relationships while promoting our brand and providing an excellent consumer experience! This position will manage the Northwest territory.

Job Responsibilities
  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual net sales targets on assigned brands.
  • Develop new and maintain existing partnerships with customers to develop long-term mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Provide education about our brands through regular account visits and present new products while getting direct feedback from customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service to future and current accounts and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct in-store training for customer staff to maximize sales and deliver the best experience to the client.
  • Build qualitative door distribution respecting each unique brand profile.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and the Marketing team to execute window campaigns and in-store visibility programs.
  • Prepare and deliver regular schedules and business updates to senior management.
  • Accurately complete required account surveys and sales contracts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Profile

Associate Degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.

Minimum of 3 years of optical sales experience or B2B sales required.

  • Experience within the fashion, luxury, cosmetics, or consumer goods field preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Apple products; Excel is a plus.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills; both verbal and written.
  • Genuine passion for diversity and inclusion, integrating this mentality in all business decisions.
  • Professional demeanor with a positive attitude and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Available to travel domestically and internationally 60-80% of the time, with a flexible schedule.
  • Must own a car and have a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to lift 30-50 lbs.
Additional Information

The base salary for this position ranges from $45,000–$80,000, depending on the candidate's relevant skills and experience. In addition to the base salary, there are opportunities to earn sales commissions and other performance-based incentives, offering significant additional earning potential.
