Job TitleSales & Success Digital Enablement SpecialistJob DescriptionThe Sales and Success Digital Enablement Specialist will have the responsibility for the end-to-end management of the Outreach sales execution platform with a strong emphasis for North American sales colleagues. (SDRs, AEs, In-Life). This role involves working alongside the Outreach Platform owner and helping oversee the implementation, maintenance, reporting and optimization of the platform to empower the Outreach users with the necessary tools and resources to enhance their effectiveness through increased metrics such as Sales Qualified Opportunities and revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and an understanding of Outreach activity that influences the sales process.Key ResponsibilitiesKey accountabilities and decision ownership: •Build and maintain the Learning Strategy for the Outreach platform including CRM integrations, onboarding, and refresher training. •Deliver and evaluate training programs for the NA sales team on how to effectively use the sales enablement platform, including navigation, content access, and reporting.•Oversee the organization, curation, and management of sales collateral, training materials, playbooks, and other resources for Outreach. •Work closely with Outreach Platform Owner, NA sales, marketing (configuration and content strategy team), Sales Operations and IT teams to ensure alignment of Outreach with business goals and strategies.•Gather feedback from Outreach Users to continuously assess the effectiveness of Outreach to identify opportunities for optimization. •Utilize analytics tools, reporting and support tickets within Outreach to track usage, engagement, and performance metrics.
