The Sales Support Administrator is responsible for performing a variety of advanced administrative duties for the commercial team, including clerical and customer service functions.

Job Duties

  • Handles and assists with specific customer needs, including retention activities, onboarding, new account set up and new customer monitoring projects as assigned by sales leadership.
  • Research sales reported customer concerns.
  • Creates and manages processes and procedures as assigned by sales leadership. Maintains archives of specific sales processes, knowledge base, and FAQs as requested.
  • Assist with the design of reporting to sales team, utilizing internal systems, MS Access and MS Excel to run queries, extract data, and create customer facing reports as required.
  • Work with end users to perform quality checks and consolidate data from various sources to support sales leadership and representatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) in business administration, business management, statistics, mathematics, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service /data analytics
  • Proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel, and MS Access is required.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a proactive approach toward problem-solving
  • Outstanding detail-oriented organizational skills
  • Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry strongly preferred.

Work Location: Hybrid role with the flexibility to work out of any one of the following locations- Troy, MI, Tampa, FL, Oak Creek, WI or Tulsa, OK.
