The incumbent will be responsible to check opportunities and orders for accuracy.Position description - Tasks, Responsibilities, CompetenciesEnter orders in the ERP systems (Syteline, SAP) with precisionReview quotes and proposals for new capital equipment for accuracyReview Purchase Orders and reconcile with quotesManage customer communication and achieving expectationsIdentify and resolve commercial issues and change ordersGenerate reports to support sales and marketingCore Competency: Customer focussed and drivenCore Competency: Communication skillsCore Competency: Solutioning, creative problem solvingWork EnvironmentWork in this position is predominately conducted in a temperature controlled environment within a cubical space, office, or meeting room using a computer and standard office tools. Periodic visits to the manufacturing and assembly areas in the plant are required at times. The employee may be exposed to higher temperatures and humidity while in the plant as it is not air conditioned. While in the plant the employee may be exposed to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, vibration, and elevated noise levels. Proper PPE (hearing protection, safety glasses, safety toed footwear) is required to be worn in the plant.Physical RequirementsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to interact with both internal and external customers in person, via phone, email, Teams, text, etc. Must be able to communicate clearly both verbally and written, and be able to listen and comprehend.
