NJ Labs is a third-party testing lab located in New Brunswick, NJ. We perform Chemistry + Microbiology + Stability Testing for Raw Material + Finished products using USP, EP, BP, JP, FFC & other tests methods for pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, supplement, cosmetic and other life science industries.We are a fast-growing company looking for a hard-working, ambitious, team-oriented individual where your contributions will be recognized and rewarded. We need a highly motivated individual with a customer-centric attitude to be responsible for supporting our sales team.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESSelf-starter who enjoys building new client relationships.Work closely with the Sales team to win new sales opportunities.Build awareness of our services and key differentiators from our competitor.Educate clients on our testing capabilities & best workflows for micro and chemistry.Provide exceptional client service, attend trade shows and meetings.Respond to all incoming inquiries plus set up new client accounts.Ensure all clients have pre-documentation signed before we start testing.Send out all quotes and follow up with clients with open quotes.Document all your contacts, phone conversation and emails in CRM.Manage customers' expectations and follow up with them.Provide value to clients regarding our procedures and processes to drive additional testing of samples.Manage and maintain administrative duties.Customer focused and dedicated to earn each client's trust and respect.Proficient in Hubspot & learn additional digital tools.Ability to follow up on client requests, including quotes, phone call & emails.Organizational agility in going through the proper channels to get things done.Ability to multitask, use personal judgment and utilize strong decision making, analytical and follow up skills.Assist in developing processes to scale and handle a growing business.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in sciences plus hands on experience in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic, chemical or in other life science industry.Strong communication, high attention to detail and rapport building skillsSelf-motivated, driven, takes initiative, outgoing and confident in all sales aspects.Flexibility and adaptability to changing work situations and environments.Ability to prioritize, handle a variety of tasks, work independently and with a team.WORK CONDITIONS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSSometimes exposed to loud sounds or distracting noise levelsSit or stand for an extended period.Minimum 40 hours.Ability to travel by car.WE OFFERGenerous benefit optionsPaid training, vacation, and holidays (vacation accrual begins on first day of employment)401k programLearning platformAnd more!Note: The Company will explore and provide reasonable accommodations to assist any qualified individual with a disability in performing the essential functions of his/her job#J-18808-Ljbffr
