ROLE SUMMARY: The Sales Support Manager reporting directly to the Sales Manager is responsible for communicating, coaching, and ensuring that all sales and merchandising standards are met or exceeded. Work to achieve Impact Selling account-specific goals and is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers. This role will train in the tasks of Merchandising and Sales, providing the opportunity to grow into a sales representative when fully trained and showing proficiency in sales.
  • Collaborate with necessary team members to develop and implement a weekly schedule that encompasses merchandising, and special events,
  • Ability to adjust daily schedules to be a relief for, line cleaning, merchandising, or special events
  • Ensure all aspects of merchandising and flex representatives process are being performed by spot-checking accounts and adhering to a ride with schedule
  • Utilize systems and dashboard tracking.
  • Train new employees on essential functions of the support team including sales and merchandising,
  • Schedule full pulls as needed,
  • Schedule all daily duties for the support team (flex representatives, merchandisers, special event managers),
  • Ensure the routing plan to actual is being followed.
  • Schedule and conduct support team communication meetings,
  • Prepare and conduct performance evaluations
  • Attend and participate in weekly Team Lead and sales meetings to communicate and plan for market initiatives,
  • Meet or exceed customer merchandising and special event standards
  • Plan implementation of resets for geographic area.
  • Oversee line cleaning and on-premise support staff.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Associate degree and/or equivalent training and work experience in Sales or Business
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in sales, or retail management.
  • Ability to use a tablet, computer, and merchandising and sales software.
  • Ability to coach and train team members.
  • Strong customer service skills
