Sales Support Representative - U.S. Farathane : Job Details

US Farathane is seeking a Sales Support Representative to work on-site at our Corporate Tech Center in Auburn Hills, MI. This position provides support to the sales management team daily to maximize the overall performance of the company. US Farathane has been a leading source of plastics manufacturing, supplying the automotive industry for over 40 years. Through highly technical research and development, coupled with a diverse and knowledgeable Management Team and dedicated Associates, US Farathane has continued to grow each year. We provide customers with a wide range of full-service support from black-box design concepts to highly engineered composites, TPE's and TPO's as well as specialized extrusion and compression technologies. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist the sales team and management.
• Prepare and process internal documents (spreadsheets, reports, etc.).
• Maintain customer purchase orders as needed.
• Work directly with customer to resolve pricing and contract issues.
• Track engineering and part changes
• Manage service for focus customers
• Oversee customer web-sites
• Provide troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account status and relevant problems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, preferred
• 1-2 years in automotive sales support experience, Ford experience preferred
• Advance skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
