The ideal candidate for this position will possess technical expertise and skills, coupled with outstanding customer-facing communication and service. Highlights of your role
Assist retail partners with questions about Infinity product features and benefits, pricing and processing quotes and orders, change orders, and Infinity systems. - Assist homeowners with questions about Infinity product features and benefits, finding a local dealer, product service, and warranty registration or claims.
- Make use of the resources you have to support retail partners in resolving complex issues. This might include working together with internal team members who can offer their specialized knowledge.
- Keep in touch with collaborators, customers, partners, and team members on a regular basis to establish alignment in service cases.
- Partner with subject matter authorities for product, systems, and process to create better solutions
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Seek opportunities to enhance customer experience and continuous improvement
- Represent user experience when reviewing system or process performance
- Ensure that customer service and technical support metrics are maintained. Provide monthly reports to the team. Salary Range $23.00 to $26.00, pay based on experience You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Construction and building product knowledge preferred
- Understanding and ability to interpret architectural drawings (dimensions, details, etc.)
- CAD or other computer-aided design software experience preferred Also want to make sure you have
- Fluid and confident verbal, nonverbal, written, and drawing communication skills with an ability to convey strong, clear, concise messages to target audiences
- Independent; self-assured; driven; capable of managing own tasks and meeting deadlines; well-organized; meticulous
- Exceptional computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, Salesforce, and Outlook
