This position will work closely with the Sales team to:

• research and develop quotes; ensure they are clear and precise
• apply for special incentives and promotions as needed
• collaborate with the Finance department to set up customer accounts in the company's business system
• track sales proposals, noting outcomes as won or lost, and analyze success rates to improve future efforts
• provide follow-up support to address any customer concerns or issues after the sale

RequirementsIdeal candidate will have experience working with an equipment dealer and a willingness to learn various types of equipment. Additionally:

• Strong administrative & organizational skills
• High level of customer service
• Professional communicator
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook & Teams)

Salary Description $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
