A well-established and employee-centric architectural product company in Bergen County, NJ is seeking an Inside Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring customer satisfaction by accurately managing and coordinating customer orders from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and process all customer orders accurately and promptly, ensuring all order details meet customer expectations.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding order status and communicate any changes or delays proactively.
• Collaborate with logistics teams, warehouses, and carriers to ensure timely product delivery.
• Maintain open communication with customers about order status, pricing, and product details, ensuring clarity and transparency.
• Build strong, ongoing relationships with clients, consistently meeting their needs and proactively identifying future requirements.
• Exhibit a positive, results-oriented approach to customer service.

Qualifications:

• Highschool Diploma, Associates or Bachelors
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously.
• Experience in order coordination, inside sales, or a related role is preferred.
• Customer-focused mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
