BGSF has teamed up with a growing communications organization who is in search of a Sales Support Analyst on a contract basis, with the potential to convert over. Please note this role will operate on a hybrid schedule, in office 3 days/week.
Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide support to outside sales representatives by preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies that enhance customer service and drive revenue growth.
- Manage NetSuite CRM entries to ensure accurate tracking of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Assist in negotiating contracts and proposals with clients while maintaining strong relationships.
- Conduct market research to support technical sales efforts and identify potential clients or partners.
- Facilitate communication between the sales team and other departments to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree is required
- Must have at least 2+ years of Sales Support experience
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus
- Must have intermediate Excel skills
