You'll drive impact through coaching, developing, and scaling a fast growing team of Sales Specialists.Skills And ResponsibilitiesCoaching and Development
  • Ability to effectively coach on pitch, negotiation, & closing techniques
  • Skilled in teaching others sales tactics & best practices
  • Help develop and execute sales trainings
Leadership/People Management
  • Lead by example (behaviour and sales ability)
  • Ability to cascade messaging appropriately.
  • Active listening, thorough 1:1's, and clean team presentations
  • Ability to deliver clear expectations and have tough performance and behaviour conversations
  • Ability to help build a dynamic, high performing sales team.
Sales Acumen
  • Ability to articulate product or service features, benefits, and value propositions clearly and persuasively. This includes effective communication in person, over the phone, and in written form.
  • Expertise in value & solution selling.
  • Proficient in Sales Management
    • Effectively manage KPIs across multiple sales channels to drive performance
    • Expert in pipeline management
    • Ability to create reports and dashboards in Salesforce/CRM's to help visualize performance and make improvements.
We're looking for
  • Sales experience:
    • 1+ years of management experience
    • Consistent top performer
    • Expertise in SMB and Mid Market sales
    • Strong understanding of pipeline management
  • Demonstrated experience coaching a sales team:
    • Ideally in a high volume, fast paced sales environment
    • Coaching individual contributors to performer at their fullest potential
    • Expertise in value & solution selling.

A reasonable estimate of the range for new joiners for this role in the United States is a base salary of $70,000-$85,000 and an OTE of 105,000-115,000.
