The role involves a high volume of cold calling, active deal-making, and real-time interactions with international clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify supply/demand imbalances and pricing trends.
  • Perform comprehensive asset and pricing evaluations to uncover arbitrage opportunities.
  • Source, engage, and develop relationships with key counterparties (buyers and sellers).
  • Lead transaction diligence and mitigate risks to ensure smooth execution.
  • Structure buyer-seller agreements and transactional materials.
  • Proactively generate revenue through deal origination and execution.
  • Work closely with data, analytics, and settlement teams for seamless transactions.
  • Present compelling investment opportunities to senior leadership.

Requirements:

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in English (additional European languages are a plus).
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales, trading, or client-facing experience with a proven revenue-generating track record.
  • Proven experience in cold calling and business development.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and financial acumen.

  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
