Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to support our client, in managing and optimizing their Salesforce platform. This onsite role in San Francisco .
Key Responsibilities
- Manage profiles, permission sets, and permission set groups.
- Perform data imports/exports using Data Loader, Import Wizard, and Workbench.
- Build and manage Record Triggered, Scheduled Trigger, Auto Launched, and Screen Flows.
- Maintain system documentation and user guides.
- Monitor ServiceNow tickets for user license management.
- Execute data loads and ensure data accuracy.
- Create reports and write simple SQL queries.
- Manage lead and case assignment processes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Case/Lead Assignment Rules and Shell/Bash scripting.
- Strong troubleshooting and issue resolution skills.
