Responsibilities:

• Partner with clients to gather and analyze business requirements, then translate them into Salesforce solutions that drive operational efficiency.
• Assist in the configuration and customization of Salesforce products to meet client-specific needs, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Work alongside development and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and integration with existing systems.
• Provide post-implementation support, ensuring clients get the most out of their Salesforce platform through optimization and troubleshooting.
• Lead user training sessions and provide ongoing support to enhance user adoption and success.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce solutions, particularly Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform.
• Proven ability to configure, customize, and deploy Salesforce applications to meet business needs.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and how to apply them to real-world business scenarios.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant) are highly valued.
