Salesforce Developer/Architect (Vlocity) - Innova Solutions : Job Details

Immediately hiring for a Salesforce Architect Position type: Full-time/DIRECT HIRE Location: 100% Remote (high preference for candidates on East Coast or in Eastern Time Zone) W2 ONLY - NO SUBVENDORS The Salesforce Architect will lead efforts to support our client's business and will be responsible for a number of Salesforce platform applications that are critical to our client. This role will also provide oversight for the performance of the Salesforce Development team through management, leadership, and mentorship. Job Description

• Possess a deep understanding of Salesforce products, as well as the customization and development possibilities.
• Architect solutions on Salesforce that are secure, scalable, and meet the business requirements.
• Ensuring that the solution, and all customizations to the platform meet best practices
• Ensure architectural integrity and consistency across the entire product.
• Knowledgeable on all Salesforce offerings, sales cloud, service cloud, force.com, etc.
• Have a deep understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud and Healthcare Industry
• Working knowledge of Salesforce integration using MuleSoft
• Review Salesforce capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations to determine if requested program or program change is possible within Salesforce.
• Study existing information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develops new systems to improve production or workflow as required.
• Oversee programming development and testing of interfaces according to the specifications.

Minimum Qualifications

• 10+ years of related professional experience, experience in full cycle programming.
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years' experience in a leading role in Salesforce solution design and system administration.

Minimum Salesforce Certifications: Advanced Administrator

• Service Cloud Consultant
• Platform App Builder
• Omnistudio Consultant (MUST HAVE)

Professional Competencies

• Operational and technical experience with development tools include but not limited to Salesforce/Apex, Force, Visualforce, Vlocity and J2EE technologies; Web Services, REST API, SOSL and SOQL, Salesforce.com's Web Services and APIs, and the Salesforce Security model.
• Process Analysis, Workflows, Page Layouts, Roles, Profiles, Reports & Dashboards
• Architecting and building solutions within the Salesforce Portal
• Integrating SFDC using Web Methods, Web services, SSO, etc..
• Strong understanding of Microsoft DevOps framework; Content Versioning; Agile methodology.
• Strong experience with Database design, including Microsoft SQL Server database platform (latest version) with a focus on T-SQL
