We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and deploy custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Salesforce's technical capabilities, CRM best practices, and be proficient in Salesforce customization, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, and APIs.
- Design and Develop Solutions: Design, build, and maintain scalable and efficient Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce APIs.
- Salesforce Configuration: Customize Salesforce to meet business requirements through workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Integration: Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications using Salesforce APIs, REST, SOAP, and middleware tools.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with business stakeholders, project managers, and analysts to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Testing and Debugging: Conduct unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of applications to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Maintain Code Quality: Follow best practices in coding standards, version control, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Documentation: Document technical processes, development methodologies, and system configurations for future reference.
- Support: Provide post-deployment support and handle ongoing maintenance requests from end-users.
- Stay Current: Keep up with new Salesforce releases and best practices to ensure the platform is being used effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in technology or related field
- Minimum 2-5 years of Salesforce development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Salesforce Lightning (Aura/LWC).
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and web services (REST, SOAP).
- Proficiency in integrating Salesforce with external systems.
- Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools like Jenkins, Git, or Salesforce DX.
- Familiarity with Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing rules.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for front-end development.
