You Are
A Salesforce Life Sciences Business Systems Analyst with a keen eye for problem solving. You work with project teams to identify and analyze clients' requirements and craft the right solution. On top of this, you've got the communication skills to build the right rapport clients to get the project off the ground. Organization is your forte. You prioritize multiple projects at once with aplomb and always deliver quality work on time.
The Work
* Connect regularly with the client throughout each project, and work with the project team to gather the business and functional requirements, then scope and define what to prioritize
* Map functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality and build training materials to train new users in Salesforce and other applications
* Identify and log requirements to create, test, and launch the CRM solution
* Evaluate information from a range of sources, settle any inconsistencies, and break down high-level information into details
* Work with Architects and Developers to transform new requirements into Salesforce.com design and implementation
* Supervise data quality and integrity in platform applications with Salesforce Administrator and functional managers
* Configure Users, Profiles Role Creation/Maintenance, Custom and Formula Fields, Validation Rules, Page Layouts and List views, Assignment/Auto Response/Critical issue, Workflows & Approvals, and Process Builder
* Supports testing cycles (UAT, regression, system), training/training materials, and project management (updates, scheduling, invoicing)
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Qualification
Here's What You Need
* A minimum of 2 years working as Business Analyst
* Demonstrated ability as a Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce App Builder (minimum 2 years)
* A minimum of 2 years of experience implementing CRM solutions from start to finish, including the creation of business requirements and other formal documentation.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If you have an Associate's Degree, you must have a minimum of 6 years work experience
Bonus Points If
* You have experience working with sandbox and production environments to lead the distribution of system functional or process changes
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
