Mentoring other Salesforce Developers. MUST have a proven track record of PUSHING back on Salesforce.com direct consultants to be able to protect the interests of the company. This is a key role where you will be the most senior developer on the team for Salesforce development projects, working direct with vendors and implementation teams to ensure top-notch solutions.

In this Salesforce Technical Lead / – Permanent FTE position, you MUST HAVE TECHNICAL SKILLS ARE AS FOLLOWS:

* APEX Coding experience – CUSTOM Coding with APEX and NOT just Declarative Coding / Configuration and ability to mentor more Junior developers.

* FSC Financial Service Cloud or Service Cloud

* Omni-studio experience

* Omni-channel

* Flows experience

* LWC Lightning Web Components

*Business Rules Engine experience

*JavaScript experience

* CERTIFICATIONS PREFERRED: Salesforce Certified Platform Developer 1 and 2 certifications OR Willing to get them asap OR Salesforce Architect Certification. * Platform Developer II or JavaScript Developer

* Salesforce FINANCIAL CLOUD PREFERRED OR ** Salesforce Service Cloud
