Salesperson - Plaza Protection : Job Details

We are looking for an experienced salesperson for Plaza Protection, a well established security guard company providing professional security guard services to customers in Bay Area for past 10 Years. Position Summary:As a Sales Representative at Plaza Protection, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our security guard services by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their security needs and propose tailored solutions that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a proven track record in sales, particularly within the security or service industry.Key Responsibilities:Identify and target potential clients in need of security guard services.Conduct market research to understand industry trends and identify new business opportunities.Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.Present and demonstrate our security solutions to potential clients.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.Stay updated on industry developments, competitive offerings, and company services.Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our services and network with potential clients.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the security services industry.Strong understanding of security guard services and the needs of businesses requiring these services.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse client base.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.The right candidate will have the potential to earn up to $7K to $10K per month on 1099-commission with limited expenses reimbursed Application Instructions:To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience to contact @ plazaprotection.com We look forward to reviewing your application.
