We are hiring a Remote IT Staffing Account Executive to help expand and manage a Fortune 50 enterprise account for our client in Houston! This award-winning IT staffing firm has recently secured Tier 1 status with a significant enterprise customer, and we're seeking a local Houston-based salesperson to grow this relationship.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage and expand the Fortune 50 enterprise account, developing strong client relationships.
  • Build a new market presence for this enterprise customer in Houston, with the opportunity to lead and grow a team.
  • You can bring your own recruiter or hire an IT recruiter.
  • Drive revenue by growing the account and hunting new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-3 years of IT Staffing sales experience with a proven track record of success in account management and new business development.
  • Strong communication skills, personal integrity, and accountability.
  • Passionate about growth, with leadership potential to eventually become a Market Manager as the team expands.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
