Our store sells well over 4,000 vehicles a year, creating an ongoing need for dedicated sales professionals who are ready to take advantage of our strong market presence and top-tier inventory. Cross-Sales Flexibility While we traditionally position our Sales Associates in specific departments-New Lexus, New Toyota, or Pre-Owned-to ensure that leads and customers receive expert attention, we recognize that our clients' needs evolve. That's why our top-performing associates are knowledgeable across all departments, allowing them to provide the right vehicle for every client, every time. We encourage and support cross-sales for any salesperson willing to uphold the service standards expected by each brand and department. Work-Life Balance We believe in maintaining a healthy work-life balance for our team members. Our sales staff enjoy a flex schedule setup, with alternating monthly shifts of 9:30 AM - 8 PM and 8:30 AM - 7 PM. In addition, our salespeople benefit from:

  • One day off each week, with the option to switch it to a Saturday once a month (scheduling permitting).
  • Sales hours are from 8:30 AM - 8 PM, providing a consistent yet flexible work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture lasting relationships to develop a strong, loyal clientele.
  • Utilize consultative selling skills to assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle by asking insightful questions and understanding their needs.
  • Continuously develop your product and sales expertise to become a trusted authority on our vehicle lineup, including the latest features and technologies.
  • Conduct high-quality, professional demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles.
  • Follow up with customers to foster referral business and maintain a strong client network.
  • Overcome objections and excel in challenging sales situations.
  • Report directly to the Sales Manager on objectives, planned activities, reviews, and sales analyses.
  • Bring a positive, goal-oriented attitude every day, ready to excel and succeed.
Qualifications:
