Job ResponsibilitiesAssist our customers in coordinating Pick up and Delivery of their vehilces and/or a rental while their vehicle is in for Service if requested and shuttle rides. Work closely with Advisors to ensure the best Experience possibleEstablish and maintain strong working relationships and loyalty with customers to encourage repeat referral businessJob Requirements

• Prior Appointment setting experience a plus
• Proven Track Record of achieving Exceptional Customer Satisfaction
