• Job Duties:
  • Entering of Sample Orders on the AS400 placed by customers via the phone, email, or fax following policies established by the organization.
  • Researching and responding to sample inventory requests.
  • Researching and responding to sample shipment status requests and tracking of sample shipments via small package and common carrier.
  • Assist with working reports, pulling labels from stock, and any other special projects as required to support the Sample Department and Shipping operations.
  • Assist Sales with Sample issues.
  • Help release and manage sample orders.
  Qualifications:
  • Good oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to interact effectively and pleasantly with customers and with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to type quickly and accurately while speaking with customers on the phone.
  • Ability to navigate and organize emails using MS Outlook.
  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively. Ability to schedule and prioritize work, identifying potential problems and implementing solutions before they occur.
  • Extreme attention to detail and timely follow-up required to ensure success.
  • Some experience with MS Office is a plus.
