We are looking for an experienced Sanitation Lead on 3rd Shift in Ayer, MA. This position will consist of ensuring all cleaning follows SQF/Food Safety and HACCP guidelines while cleaning throughout the building. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Training, mentoring and assisting all Sanitation Technicians in all aspects of their duties
• Fill in for the Sanitation Manager as needed
• Safely operate, assemble, and disassemble all sanitation equipment as trained
• Perform preventative maintenance on sanitation equipment as needed
• Ensure all cleaning follows SQF/Food Safety and HACCP guidelines
• Fill out all paperwork promptly and accurately as needed

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Sanitation Experience; Preferably in Food Manufacturing
• Basic knowledge and operation of cleaning equipment
• Must be able to perform preventative maintenance on cleaning equipment
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
• Ability to read and comprehend all written instructions and work orders, as well as fully communicate, in English
