We are seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to ensure that all processing and packaging equipment is disassembled, cleaned, rinsed, sanitized, then reassembled properly for the following production day. This role will directly manage the Sanitation Foreperson and employees in the Sanitation department. In addition, the Sanitation Supervisor will assist the Corporate Director of Sanitation and Plant Sanitation Manager in team compliance for SQF certification and will maintain overall condition of the plant ensuring the facility is always audit ready. Daily duties will include reviewing, verifying and approving CIP charts, Pre-Op/Daily Check List Sheets, and populating Sanitation Schedule & Variance Control Sheets.
