We are looking for an SAP Datasphere Consultant. This position will be full-time and remote. This is a 6-12 month position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Integrate SAP Datasphere with SAP BW using SDI to development to support various analytics data models
Develop, deliver, and support analytic solutions in alignment with business requirements using SAC and Datasphere
Utilize best practice architecture and design principles to create analytical data models
Understand customer demands, challenge requirements, and translate them into effective analytical solutions
Build secure and compliant cloud analytic solutions adhering to best practices in data security and privacy
Qualifications
Required:
5+ years of experience working in Business Intelligence Developer/Analyst roles, preferably with SAP systems
Extensive knowledge of SAP Datasphere, ECC, and BW
Expertise in building restricted and calculated measures in Datasphere
Experience SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) and its data structures for both Analytics and Planning
SAC expertise building data actions for planning and major factor calculations as well as dimension and story calculations
Good experience and exposure in working with BW import models and the capability to suggest improvements or changes
Good working knowledge of live data connections and import mechanisms within SAC
Very strong in handling Data Actions and Advanced Designer (AD) scripts
Hands-on experience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)
Mastery of concepts and practices of OLAP, data warehouse design, multidimensional and relational reporting and analysis
Physical Demands:
Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standards
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
