SAP & eCommerce Key User – Water & Protection

Location: Wilmington

We are looking for a new colleague, with excellent SAP SD knowledge, to join the SAP & eCommerce Team to help shape the future! You will specifically support the Water and Performance Building Solutions business that specializes, for the Water Business, in water treatment, filtration and purification; and for the Performance Building Solutions business, on the technologies and expertise to deliver high-performance buildings on a global scale.

Description

Based out of Wilmington, the SAP & eCommerce Key User is the expert for his/her region (NA) and is part of a global Business Process Team with whom there is active collaboration. The role closely interacts with the Customer Service and Supply Chain end-users to provide the desired service level in daily activities and in project work for new business requirements. There will be integration work with other areas, such as pricing, data and CRM due to the interaction of the systems.

Your main tasks include:

  • Daily operational SAP support to the customer service and supply chain team mainly for Water & PBS businesses for NA;
  • Troubleshoot, identify root causes and resolve issues by putting in place monitoring tools, control mechanisms and best practices;
  • Log, follow up and test PRSN's, including regression testing of PRSN issued by other businesses;
  • Analyse existing SAP processes based on the business requirements and propose solutions for improvements;
  • Data extractions and analysis based on business requirements;
  • Collaborate with the Data & Pricing Team within the Water & Protection Sales Ops Organization for overlapping SAP related requests;
  • Support the SAP Subject Matter Expert in testing requirements for projects and automation requirements to ensure successful and timely completion of the project tasks assigned to you;
  • Act as a multiplier within the organization to train and support end users;
  • Keep SAP Technical & SAP User documentation up to date in the Global Knowledge Center and create new training documents for new business processes.

    • QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree or Proven Equivalent Experience;
  • In-depth, E2E, Order-To-Cash business process knowledge;
  • Strong SAP SD knowledge (ECC);
  • Strong MS Office skills, especially in Excel and Access;
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills and ability to work with great accuracy;
  • Teamwork and interpersonal effectiveness skills;
  • Proven prioritization, time management and multi-tasking skills;
  • Willingness to work and share experiences in a global team;
  • Willingness to be time-flexible while dealing with different countries in different time zones;
  • Knowledge of e-Commerce systems (Web-Order, OrderCapture, EDI, idocs …);
  • Understanding of operation of logistic interfaces.
