The opportunity

We innovate with SAP to co-create more innovative answers, drawing on our integrated competencies in tax, assurance, transactions, and risk, as well as our work in implementing SAP. Together, we help clients provide better outcomes and long-lasting results, from strategy to execution.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead large-scale SAP client engagements or work streams. Supervise the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Order-to-Cash (OTC) solutions.
• Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and possess strong business acumen in the Order-to-Cash domain and its integrated domains.
• Understand the impact of master data and hierarchies on the Order-to-Cash process and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver holistic solutions.
• Consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk and keep key stakeholders informed.
• Lead client workshops and meetings to collect and understand user stories.
• Lead and inspire diverse teams by providing constructive feedback and coaching.
• Generate new business opportunities and develop long-term client relationships.
• Encourage and support the professional development of team members.

Skills and attributes for success

On your typical engagement, you will work with key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. You will initiate requirement gathering, architect solutions, blueprinting, testing, and complete the workflow and documentation.

To qualify for the role you must have

• A bachelor's degree with at least nine years of related work experience.
• At least eight years of experience working within SAP Order-to-Cash.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• Proven ability to lead client relationships and internal teams.
• Knowledge of leading practices, benchmarking, and prior consulting experience relevant to industry-specific finance and technology functions.
• Flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Ideally you'll also have

• Prior consulting industry experience.
• SAP certification/s.

Our team is looking for someone who is adept in functional business skills and possesses in-depth SAP technical capabilities in the Order-to-Cash domain.

What we offer

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $169,900 to $388,200. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
