The Scaled Operations Manager primarily focuses on building Ad Quality in the U.S. market, a critical element for Trust & Safety success. This central focus is supported by additional responsibilities in managing Ads Sales Support and Admin operations. Furthermore, the role includes leading Content Moderation and Annotation, and developing operations for new product launches. Effective collaboration with key stakeholders across these functions is essential to maintain a high standard of ad quality and to ensure comprehensive operational excellence.

Responsibilities

* Manage Ad Quality operations (Both 1st party and 3rd party engagements)

* Manage Ad administration operations

* Manage content moderation and annotation operations to ensure compliance and quality.

* Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's overarching goals.

* Design and establish operations for new services from the ground up, including SOPs and Playbooks.

* Ensure the execution of high-quality, effective, and efficient operations in line with strategic initiatives.

* Manage relationships with outsourced vendors and contractors, ensuring resource optimization and effective workforce management.

* Facilitate proactive collaboration with the Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to drive integrated success.
