Flexible hours available. Must be at least 21 years of age as beer and wine will be available for purchase by customers while making a candle.

Job Overview Seeking enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable individuals to join our team as Scent Stylists. The Scent Stylist will greet customers with a friendly smile and welcome them to enjoy a make your own candle or diffuser experience at the Sea Love candle bar.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in fragrance exploration/blending and guide them through the steps of making their own candle or diffuser.
• Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
• Refill and clean fragrance oil bottles, vessel wall, and retail displays.
• Fill wax melter(s), pour hot candle wax, and set up bar trays.
• Trim wicks and clean customer candles and diffusers with aesthetic care.
• Execute proper procedures to ensure operational efficiency.
• Collaborate in a team environment to brainstorm new ideas to generate growth.
• Style merchandise displays; maintain a clean and appealing store environment.
• Utilize POS systems effectively for processing sales and managing inventory.
• Exhibit a friendly attitude toward job responsibilities, co-workers, and supervisors.
• Restock shelves as needed and conduct product inventory.
• Participate in behind-the-scenes photos and videos for Sea Love's social media engagement and marketing priorities.
