Scheduler / Biller for Maintenance Department - Bill's Superheat : Job Details

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer Multi-Line Phone System
• Provide Excellent Customer Service
• Assist Maintenance Techs by Planning and Scheduling Maintenance Calls
• Billing Maintenance Calls
• Setting up and Managing Maintenance Agreement Contracts

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 2+ Years Office Experience
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Excellent Computer Skills
• Excellent with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with QuickBooks Preferred
• Highly Organized and Able to Multi-Task

BENEFITS:

Starting Wage is $18.00 - $24.00 DOE
