Position Objective
Plans and coordinates production schedules. Provides manufacturing operations with a plan that maximizes efficiency, resources, and capacity. Achieves on-time delivery within an established budget.
Primary Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain project schedules using Microsoft Project Pro
* Perform DCMA 14-point reviews to ensure compliance with government regulations
* Implement Earned Value Management techniques to track project progress and identify potential issues
* Collaborate with project managers and team members to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts
* Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders
* Participate in project planning and risk management activities
* Continuously improve scheduling processes and tools
* Provide schedule support for bid and proposal to include proposal rhythm and project schedule.
* Evaluate resource loading in MS Project and provide input to managers to aid balance and staffing.
* Adjust schedule to compensate for earned value inputs.
* Communicate all changes to Program and Engineering Managers, securing approvals and authorizations as required.
* Coordinate, maintain, and report metrics.
* Monitor and evaluate.

* Coordinate meetings and telecoms with stakeholders of various programs.
* Establish and maintain notification rhythm to ensure on time completion of deliverables.
* All other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience
* 4-year degree from an accredited university in Technical / Business Field or related field OR a combination of education and relevant experience (bachelor's degree preferred).
* A minimum of 4 years of experience in planning/master scheduling functions.
* U.S. Citizenship is required.
Required Qualifications
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project Pro
* Hands-on knowledge of material resource planning systems software
* Familiarity with EVM (Earned Value Management) and Pro-Pricer
Knowledge of the 14-point DCMA schedule assessment criteria
