Scheduler - Rivertown Ridge : Job Details

• • • Rotating schedule for being on call (includes weekends usually one per month)
    • Fill in as Caregiver when needed
    • Assist with payroll prep (Caregiver schedule corrections, etc)
    • Fill open shifts using minimal overtime
    • Track OT and daily hours
    • Answer phones & texts
    • Track attendance
    • Attend and work at specified social functions for Caregivers
    • Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
    • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills
