Responsibilities:
- Phone support (both fielding incoming calls and placing calls to staff and/or clients)
- Effectively works with interdisciplinary team to communicate scheduling and ensure that the team meets with patients at designated times.
- Enter aides' schedules into database.
- Will work with team on any missed appointments and communicate with them missed communications or issues as they arise.
- Takes phone calls from staff, patients, caregivers and others.
- Communicate all issues that arise to the Outcome Manager for improvement.
- Oversee the services provided to a caseload of clients on a daily basis.
- Interface with clients, families, and employees to ensure quality service is delivered.
- Be responsible for day-to-day staffing of cases, problem solving, ensuring customer satisfaction, payroll/billing.
Job Type: Full Time
Salary: $54,500 - $56,700 per year
Education:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Associate Degree preferred
