We are seeking a Project Scheduler, also known as a Construction Scheduler, Planning Engineer, or Schedule Coordinator, to join our team. Do you want to assist Business Development, Project Managers, Field Superintendents, and the Director of Preconstruction throughout the duration of specific construction projects? Does this sound like you?As a Project Scheduler, you will meet with General Managers, Business Development, and the Director of Preconstruction to develop Proposal/Bid Schedules and Preconstruction Schedules. You will also meet with Project Managers, Superintendents, and Subcontractors to develop comprehensive Construction Schedules. Are you ready to visit project sites to review progress and attend coordination meetings? You will assist in the development of recovery/acceleration schedules, including resource and manpower input. Can you receive, review, log, track, and distribute bi-weekly schedule update reports in scheduling software? You will work with Project Management to update on-site material delivery dates and assist the Project Manager with Subcontractor schedule coordination and manpower requirements necessary for implementation into project schedules. Are you prepared to assist with additional projects, duties, and tasks as assigned?To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. Do you have basic computer abilities and a thorough understanding of P6 and the construction industry? A minimum of 5 years of construction experience is required.
