Your impact The team led by Jacobs will be MARTA's CPMO Supplemental Services Consultant and will oversee the construction aspects. Jacobs and H. J. Russell & Company have formed a joint venture to support MARTA's expansion program, and the joint venture program, JRMT (Jacobs Russell MARTA Team), will be hiring for this position. Please note: At present, this position does not offer sponsorship. As a Senior Scheduling Manager, you will be responsible for preparing project schedules, assessing the schedule performance status of MARTA projects, and providing credible project schedule analysis for assigned projects within MARTA's Capital Improvement Program (CIP). Key Responsibilities: - Develop, evaluate, maintain, and distribute project schedules for various CIP projects, including projects for the transit system's expansion, maintenance, renovation, and rehabilitation. - Prepare schedule-related information for contract documents, such as contract conditions related to the time available forpletion of work, scheduling specifications, and schedule-related exhibits. - Integrate schedules maintained by contractors or consultants into an overall MARTA schedule for a project or program of projects. - Assist with the administration of track maintenance and coordinate MARTA's track allocation schedule. Here's what you'll need Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Construction, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field Two years of progressively responsible experience in scheduling multi-project work programs High-level negotiating, administrative, analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills.
