Meadowview of Clive has a wonderful opportunity for an experienced Scheduler / Staffer to join our team. Meadowview of Clive is a 106-unit senior care community consisting of independent living, assisted living, and memory care options. The wage is $24 - $26 per hour. Scheduler/ Staffer responsibilities:Coordinate schedule and staffing levels for the nursing department. Provide clerical support to nursing management. Interview and hire candidates for open nursing positions. Conduct reference checks and background checks for potential employees. Track continuing educational programs for staff. Create training plans for caregiving staff to give optimized care to residents. Complete daily budget report for all nursing hours. Track attendance and complete disciplinary action forms.
