• Ensure clients receive optimized levels of care to ensure favorable customer satisfaction
• Communicate and coordinate care plans, adjustments, and special requests to all stakeholders
• Scheduling of team to ensure continuity of care and adherence to plan
• Motivation of team to achieve stated organizational goals and outcomes
