JOB SUMMARY: The schedule and supply coordinator develops schedules for all three clinical shifts, maintains records and is responsible for nursing supply inventory management.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Maintains and actively promotes effective communication with all individuals.
- Maintains a positive image of the entity in the community keeping in alignment with our mission, vision, and values.
- Recruits replacement certified nurse aides and licensed nurses as needed to maintain applicable staffing levels.
- Functions as a role model for all certified nurse aides, while welcoming, orienting and mentoring of new and current team members.
- Notify supervisor of attendance concerns requiring intervention.
- Maintain par levels of all nursing supplies on units to include completing orders for regular and non-routine items as directed by supervisor.
- Facilitates the delivery of product and check for delivery of ordered supplies regularly and unpack all products.
- Performs other duties, as assigned.
Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience working in Healthcare and Senior Living preferred.
- Certified Nurse Aide certification preferred.
