SCHEDULING COORDINATOR - Mad City Windows and Baths : Job Details

Mad City Windows & Baths is seeking a Scheduling Coordinator to add to it's rapidly growing team! Scheduling Coordinators have the primary responsibility?of scheduling contracts, change orders, and cancellations with our customers.

Essential Functions:

• Operates and manages multi-line telephones, routes incoming phone calls, schedules contracts, cancel appointments, change orders and services.
• Schedules new installations for products in all markets by contacting customer for availability, ensuring installs match up with an installers availability and qualifications.
• Reschedule installations with customers as necessary and communicate changes effectively to the production team
• Create and maintain detailed customer profiles
• Escalate customer issues to field leadership as necessary
• Document correspondence from customers, installers, and field leadership

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience working with Microsoft Office Products??
• Detail?oriented within a fast-paced environment???
• Integrating?information from multiple sources quickly and accurately??
• Gathering?and analyzing data??
• Team?player??
• Ability?to multitask and prioritize??
• Excellent communication skills??
• Must be able to type 40 WPM
