  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Must be to ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively with co-workers.
  • Good communications skills are required and should have good organizational ability along with dependable follow through.
  • Physical & sensory abilities commensurate with position to include but not limited to lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
  • Computer knowledge.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks based on importance.
  • Some experience in medical clinic setting preferred.
Experience and responsibility
  • Proficient with using technology and learning new technology.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, high-volume environment.
  • Must show attention to detail, convey care and compassion over the phone.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to beneficiaries through the scheduling process.
  • Responsible for managing work time and grid hours reporting.
  • Managing callouts for Learners and/or staff.
  • Ensuring fill-in staff, managing reports for communication to appropriate leaders.
  • Stay current with changing technology, including software programs.
  • Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures.
  • Successfully utilize the scheduling system to maximize Learner hours/staff availability.
  • Assists patients and providers with coordinating of referrals, obtaining authorizations and scheduling.
  • Accuracy, confidentiality and ability to work quickly in a fast-paced patient care setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated team player.
  • Coordination skills with ability to focus on keeping an effective work flow.
  • Utilize agency system software systems such as CentralReach and Fusion.
  • Managing Authorizations coming in through Alpha and Provider Direct daily.
  • Communicate incoming authorization to the Autism 360 team and uploading into CentralReach.
  • Maintain the Learner Authorization Log.
  • Review units to determine full utilization for the allotted amount of time.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
  • All other duties as assigned.
Education and/or Experience:
  • Minimum HS diploma or equivalent. Higher education preferred.
  • Experience managing staff group schedules in a healthcare setting.
