We're seeking an individual who can immediately make a positive impact in our office, bringing to the table efficiency when it comes to everyday tasks, but also a new perspective that leads to overall operational improvements.This full-time position involves scheduling (i.e. creatively matching available care staff with open client shifts), HR support (ex. running new hire orientation and providing limited additional support to recruitment) and systems management (ex. back-billing and ensuring care staff are compliant with clock ins and outs).Hours: M-F 8:30am-5:00pm, plus nights and weekends on-callWant to apply?   • 2 yr. Scheduling exp.in Home Health or Home Care
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to creatively piece together disparate facts into a cohesive and workable outcome
  • Stellar people-facing skills
    • Ability to work in a thorough way without getting too bogged down in the details
Essential Functions
  • Answers telephone, takes inquiries or messages using good telephone technique.
  • Schedules clients/facilities with appropriate associates, making all follow through calls necessary to produce an effective, smooth flowing schedule.
  • Assists with recruiting, associate hiring, orientations, in-services, disciplinary actions, etc.
  • Assists with checking associate work references.
  • Performs payroll duties including verifying time sheets, and computer input of time sheet changes for payroll processing.
  • Communicates continually with associates and clients to evaluate service.
  • Responds promptly and courteously to all clients' calls.
  • Serves as a liaison between associates and Direct of Home Care.
  • Verifies valid licenses and certifications with appropriate licensing body.
  • Performs on-call coordinator duties as needed.
  • Assists with sales, marketing, and public relations efforts.
Additional (non-essential) Functions
  • Other general office and clerical functions.
  • Other duties assigned by the Director of Home Care.
