This position is responsible for overseeing the collection, compilation, and input of data, as well asanalyzing and summarizing data, preparing reports, and making recommendations to administrators based on analysis of data.

**Responsibilities**

+ Responsible for overseeing Kronos scheduling and time off management for 24/7 clinical operations

+ Build monthly schedules in Kronos and on Pulse team intranet page; manually update team schedules for 6+ service lines daily based on callouts

+ Manage department email for time and attendance related questions and items and respond in a timely and customer service-oriented manner

+ Schedule department meetings as needed

+ Collaborate with service line supervisors, managers, and HMHI Payroll on end of pay period processes

+ Collaborate with department's New Hire Coordinator to maintain accurate staff schedule templates and position backfills as appropriate

+ Provides support to upper level department management by scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings and conferences, as necessary.

+ Provides documents and reports to administrators, and outside agencies as required.

+ Handles special projects and creates special reports, as needed.

+ May train or provide orientation to staff.

+ Oversees the collection and organization of data that is entered into the databases.

+ Ensures the accuracy of data, analyzes conflicting data, and verifies and collects missing information.

+ Utilizes computer programs and software to analyze data, to determine trends and changes in data.

+ Develops and presents recommendations for a course of action based on the analysis of data.

+ May handle escalated concerns or tasks that require an in-depth understanding of departmental and organizational processes.

**Qualifications**

**Qualifications** **Required**

+ Associate's degree in a related field, or equivalency.

+ Two years experience in collecting, organizing, analyzing, and presenting data.
