Position: Full-Time Recruitment ManagerShifts Available: Monday through Friday, some weekends and evenings Responsibilities:
  • Train and Match Caregivers: Pair skilled caregivers with clients based on individual needs.
  • Client Consultations: Schedule and conduct needs assessments with clients and their families.
  • Caregiver Orientation: Introduce caregivers to their clients, ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Uphold Standards: Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain high service standards.
Requirements:
  • Passion for Eldercare: A genuine commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors.
  • Experience: Prior experience in senior care is a plus; caregiving experience is highly valued.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage schedules and priorities effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and listening skills to foster trust and understanding.
  • Customer Service: Commitment to providing exceptional service and teamwork.
  • Adaptability: Ability to navigate and adjust to changing priorities.
  • Management Experience: Previous experience in healthcare management or a related field preferred.
