Job Description :
The Scheduling Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, updating and reporting of project construction schedule(s). They are responsible for facilitating schedule communication between all internal stakeholders assigned to the project and may act as the liaison for the owner's scheduler. Position Qualifications: A 4-year degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management. 5-7 years of scheduling experience on large commercial construction projects. Experience managing and leading team. Expertise in leading software tools. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera and ASTA, Resource Loading, Histograms, and Activity Coding. Significant knowledge of construction to allow for proper sequence development and logic changes. Proficiency in developing, resource loading, analyzing, and reporting on project schedules.
