Job Responsibility:

The Scheduling Representative will be responsible for all scheduling and administrative duties for their assigned clients. This individual will report to the Scheduling Manager and act as a liaison for all other departments relevant to the scheduling and operations functions. Responsibilities include:

  • Plan and communicate the weekly shifts to cover all posts in the assigned region.
  • Communicate and coordinate with management and front-line employees to make adjustments as necessary.
  • Maintain the scheduling database to ensure accurate information is posted.
  • Collaborate with Human Resources on matters including personnel information and incident tracking.
  • Manage requests for PTO, military drills, illness, bereavement, etc.
  • Schedule required training for field employees.
  • Track employee cancellations and refusals for accepting posts.
  • Maintain telephone contact with clients as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of work experience in a complex staffing environment.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and make independent decisions quickly.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Prior experience scheduling a dispersed workforce.
  • Knowledge of scheduling software.
  • College degree in Business or Security Management.
