Scheduling Specialist - USFTGP Womens Health Center - USF Health : Job Details

Job Summary: Coordinate the clinical encounters of patients, including clinical appointments, authorizations and scheduling. Will serve as primary administrative contact for patients, facilitating patient needs with care team. Ensures optimized clinic schedule for providers, including template management, guidelines and working with Medical Assistants to ensure patients are scheduled appropriately. Works closely with Revenue Cycle Operations to facilitate both authorizations and co-pay/co-insurance notification and collection. Required Skills: • High School Diploma or Equivalent - Required Work Experience and Additional Information • Minimum 1-2 years experience in a clinical setting - Required Ye • Background in medical field, e.g. MA, etc. - Preferred
