To learn more about Unity Elementary School visit: Title: Custodian Terms of Employment: Full time, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM Monday-Friday Qualifications: Knowledge of cleaning equipment, processes, and associated products is required. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders to a height of ten feet and have a basic understanding of the operation and maintenance of HVAC and building support systems. Basic computer skills are a plus.Job Goals: The candidate will be self motivated and have high standards for cleanliness, be friendly and able to interact with staff members, parents and children. The candidate will be required to complete and fulfill all maintenance and custodial responsibilities for the building and grounds of the school.
