Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced School Psychologist with expertise in supporting students with autism. This position involves a hybrid work model, combining in-person and remote responsibilities to provide the best care and resources for our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify student needs, with a focus on students with ASD.
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, parents, and support staff.
• Provide direct interventions, counseling, and support services to students.
• Offer guidance and training to teachers and staff on best practices for supporting students with autism.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure students' social, emotional, and academic needs are met.
• Monitor progress and adapt strategies as necessary to support student growth and success.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• Valid Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with a School Psychologist endorsement.
• Experience working with students with autism and related developmental disorders.
• Strong understanding of evidence-based practices in autism interventions.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a hybrid schedule effectively.
